Customers can make payments using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online transactions conducted on our website are secured with encryption protocols to protect sensitive customer information and prevent unauthorized access or fraud.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they provide accurate and valid payment details while placing an order. If a payment transaction fails due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or technical issues, the order will not be processed until a successful payment is received.
In the event of a failed transaction, customers will be required to retry the payment using a valid payment method. Funride Toys reserves the right to decline an order if the payment is unsuccessful, flagged as high-risk, or suspected of fraudulent activity.
If a payment is delayed, unsuccessful, or stuck due to technical issues such as gateway downtime, server errors, or banking network failures, the customer is advised not to initiate another transaction immediately. Instead, the customer should wait to receive an official confirmation or resolution update from our customer care team via message, email, or call.
Please note that Funride Toys LLP shall not be held liable for any losses, delays, or duplicate transactions arising from such payment issues. The responsibility for resolving stuck or failed transactions rests solely with the customer and their respective bank or payment service provider. Customers are required to directly contact their bank or payment provider for inquiries, reversals, or refunds related to such failed payments.
We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
Customers who opt for EMI payments should be aware of the following conditions:
EMI facilities are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective banks or finance partners.
If an EMI payment fails, the customer must coordinate directly with their bank or financial institution to resolve the issue.
Funride Toys LLP is not responsible for penalties, interest, or additional charges imposed by banks due to EMI defaults or late payments.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring eligibility, approval, and timely repayment of EMIs as per their agreement with the financing institution.
Any legal proceedings initiated by the finance provider due to EMI non-payment will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a product is returned or exchanged, the EMI refund process is subject to the policies of the respective bank. Customers must check with their lender regarding refund timelines and adjustments
Refund processing timelines for EMI payments depend entirely on the financial institution. Customers are encouraged to follow up directly with their lender for accurate updates.
In cases of account closure, fraud detection, or disputes with the bank, the customer must contact their bank immediately. Funride Toys LLP will provide assistance as per company policies but is not liable for bank-related issues.
In case of early foreclosure of EMI plans or part payments, customers must refer to the policy of their lender. Funride Toys does not interfere in such arrangements.
If the EMI is facilitated by third-party financing apps like Shipment, Fibe, or Razorpay, Funride Toys LLP bears no responsibility for outstanding instalments, EMI disputes, or non-payment of dues. The customer must resolve such matters directly with the finance provider.
Funride Toys does not collect or store any sensitive financial information related to EMI approval or bank documentation. All transactions and approvals are handled by the financing partner.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must pay the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery. COD is available only for orders up to ₹5000, and this payment option will not be applicable for orders exceeding this amount.
Additionally, customers must successfully receive and pay for their first COD order before placing a second COD order. If a customer refuses to accept a COD order without a valid reason, Funride Toys reserves the right to restrict or block COD payment options for future purchases. Customers with multiple instances of COD refusals may be required to place prepaid orders only in the future.
Funride Toys does not store customer payment details and adheres to industry-standard data protection policies. Any unauthorized payment activity or suspicious transactions may result in order cancellation, and the details may be reported to the relevant authorities. If customers experience technical difficulties during the payment process or suspect an issue with their transaction, they are encouraged to contact our customer support team for assistance.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
